The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  You can't get any closer to the beach! Location is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are super firm. Everything was clean; however the main bathroom could use a little caulking around the tub.

  We really enjoyed the location of this condo. If you don't mind not seeing the ocean view. It is located next to grills and just a walk from the pool. The pool is on otherside of courtyard so, outside noise is non existent. Condo was very comfy. We loved the island all our family could gather and eat. Directions to run coffee pot would have been nice. It was not a regular drip type. Rooms and bedding was good. I would have liked some outdoor chairs on the patio.

  Ground floor condo provides easy access to the beach, pool, hot tub and the grills. The kitchen was well equipped although the ice maker was not working. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great time and plan to return again.

  This condo offers a convenient location with easy access to the beach on a quick walk across the grass. You step out the back door to look along a corridor to see the beach. The property as a whole is well kept and clean by friendly and helpful staff. I recommend Gulfstream to families ready for a Nice beach stay.

  My family (about 30 of us) comes to Gulfstream every summer for at least three nights for well over 12 years. This was the first year that I got a room for myself, wife and child. As soon as we walked into the room, I was disappointed because it was dirty. There was trash on the floor, crumbs on floor throughout condo and a skid mark stain in the toilet. Why am I paying for a cleaning fee when it is not cleaned? I have pictures of all this. We did express to office the issues and said they will tell head housekeeping about it. Still having to pay over $100 for cleaning fee and it is not clean and no maid service throughout stay. Very disappointed and unhappy about this!

  We had an excellent stay. The room was well kept up and easy to read in. The amenities were clean and well taken care of. Our favorite was grilling our dinner, this place makes it so easy to go outside and use the grills. We love it here and would come back!

  Great place to stay! Right on the beach. The staff is very nice . Rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. They have all you need in the rooms If you need anything housekeeping is available until 4pm. Love that you can just take a walk on the beach anytime of the day . Basically once you get there you will not have to leave anywhere until your stay is up.
