  Our stay was wonderful as usual! We've been staying at Gulfstream for 20-ish years for our annual family gathering. This unit is beautifully appointed and has a gorgeous view of the beach which is just steps away from the back door. We chose this unit specifically because it had a king and queen bed which works better for us than a unit with twin beds. The office staff was friendly and the maintenance crew were quick to come and fix the only minor issue we had. Would definitely choose this unit again and will be back again in October (if not sooner!)

The ONLY issue was our next door neighbor in 110 had 2 large dogs that would bark EARLY in the am every morning and wake us up. That should NOT be allowed-owner or not!! Very irritating!!!!!!!!

  My family really enjoyed this rental. We picked this spot for the location to the beach and gulf view and it did not disappoint. It was so nice to walk out every day and be so close to the water, and the view from the room was beautiful.
  The grounds at the property are well maintained and well-staffed. We didn’t have any issues but I felt good knowing that if I did, someone was there.
  The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes for all our cooking needs and pool towels were easily available.

  We have stayed for 5 years now and love it. I usually give 5 stars, but our unit, 111, wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past. Baseboards were dusty, as were the ceiling fans. There was also a broken shelf on a table and a blind that wouldn’t function properly. Never experienced any of that before. Maintenance responded quickly though to lightbulbs that needed replacing. Overall, our family still had a great time! Thank you!

  We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with balcony on the 6th floor. We called the day before arrival to confirm & was told that all confirmed. When we arrived on Tuesday, we were informed that the elevators were not working. We were told they hadn't been working since Friday. We are older & didn't want to climb up & down 6 flights of stairs for our 2 day stay. Asked for refund as we were not informed of elevator issue. Was told no that they can't give refunds. We asked for a ground floor condo & since it was mid week we were able to get a ground floor suite. We believe that we should have been informed when we confirmed reservations on the day before. (The previous year we booked a hotel on North Padre that had the same issue. But they called us two days before & happily gave us a refund.) Anyway we stayed as we were able to get a ground floor condo. The condo was extremely nice & the customer service was really good. We had 2 small issues in the condo & the minor problems were solved within 10 minutes by the friendly maintenance crew. This is a nice place to stay with a friendly staff on North Padre. We removed one star as we felt that we should have been notified of elevator issue. Nice condos on the beach for your family with swimming pool on site. Many restaurants & gift shops nearby too. Check out Island Joe's Coffee.

  We spent five nights at condo 111 and we had a great time! The closeness to the beach was wonderful! We enjoyed a superb view, great condo, and very nice facility overall. Grex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and very helpful, the maintenance guys were great, and the facility was very clean. We would stay there again definitely!
  
  Very minor issues - the condo needs some minor repairs like replacing shades that had to be raised and lowered manually, ceiling fan in one bedroom that didn’t operate, and multiple burned out light bulbs. Not big issues.

  Best thing about this property was the location and access to the beach and pool and parking. The staff was extremely courteous. The place needs new furniture especially a full length mirror and updated shutters. We had to place pillows agents shutters for complete privacy at night. Couch and chair were nasty. Unable to adjust shower heads. Modernize, update all.

  Our family stayed here for a Thanksgiving vacation a few years ago. We absolutely loved the location and the fact that from the bottom floor we could walk right out our door and onto the beach. We loved it so much, we decided to take another vacation this summer. With four children, vacations can be very expensive but beach vacations are the way to go. Kids just love to hang out on the beach, body surf and look for sea shells. It’s awesome to be able to go spend a few hours out on the beach, come inside to make a lunch, get a snack, etc., cool off from the hot sun, maybe go jump in the pool for a bit, and then head back out to the beach for some more fun. Having a full kitchen is wonderful, because being able to cook our own meals saved us a ton. Also, having 2 full bathrooms is a must as well. Rooms are always kept up well and plenty of room for our large family. This has become one of our favorite vacation spots and more than likely will be visiting again. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

  This is the 3rd time we have rented unit 111, we love staying there, the view from the room is so awesome, love looking out at the beach as much as possible, the staff is so great and helpful every time we've stayed there, I fell like it's my home away from home. we are already planning our return.
