Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  It was a beautiful condo! My only complaint is I could not get the coffee maker to work and no washer/dryer in unit but everything else was fabulous amazing view plenty of room

  Overall I was satisfied with our stay and plan to return. My family had 2 rental units. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and the heated pool was nice! Also convenient that they sell ice for a reasonable price! I did have a few complaints though...
  1. How are you guys not going to give toilet paper?! One of the bathrooms only had a used roll hanging on the holder and no extra under the sink. We rented 3 nights with 6 people in a room. When asked the night front desk we were told that you do not provide toilet paper. For future stays, I will remember to pack toilet paper!
  2. The AC was not working when we arrived to 112. I called 3 times in 2 hours just to never have anyone show up. I kept being told that maintenance was notified and would be coming. After about 30 mins from my last call and no one still showing up, I walked to the front desk myself and asked why no one has came. It was so hot and I have a newborn! Finally the maintenance man showed up to the front desk and walked with me to the room. He was very nice and apologized saying that the front desk attendant told him 212. He fixed it quick and everything else was fine.
