  The property is clean. The staff is exceptionally nice. Mgmt, should you need them, is on-site. The pool area has several tables w/ umbrellas, hot tub, and pickleball court. We always stay waterfront and have an amazing view of the water/beach! Our unit was very accommodating. We didn’t lack for anything!

  This was absolutely the best place to stay! A true beachfront condo experience. We stayed on the ground level with our family in the condos next door, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This location truly offers the best of both worlds — step out your back door right onto the beach, or out your front door to the pool, barbecue area, and pickleball courts. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and professional. We’ve stayed here for several years now and will definitely be bringing the family back again!

  We had a great time as always! It’s always clean, plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you needed. If there was anything that I could have changed it would have been the bed. It was a little stiff, almost uncomfortable. However the view was worth it! See you next year!!!

  We,obviously,like the Gulfstream. We have come for approximately 30 years. It is a shame that anyone park infront of the property on the beach. We pay alot to be there--they pay nothing!

  Loved the location, golf cart rental and beach access was great, parasailing near condo, super clean, pool & hot tub was heated perfectly. Shower pressure was great. The only thing missing was stackable washer and dryer

  We had amazing time with the family. We rented three of the ground level beachfront condos in a row for our family. Everyone had a great time. The floor to ceiling windows of the ocean view was spectacular. All 3 condos were clean, neat and ready for our adventure. We enjoyed our time at the pool, barbecue area and of course the beach with swimming, building sand castles, tossing the ball, swimming and sun. There was so much to do with horses on the beach, dolphin boat tour, aquarium, visiting the Lexington, parking the truck on the beach in front of our condo and more, this is our 2nd year here and we will be back. The price was right, staff was friendly and helpful and we definitely recommend staying here.

  This is our second year in a row to stay at Gulfstream Condos both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This year I left behind an item. I realized it when I was finished unpacking. I called the front desk and they were kind enough to get me to housekeeping who in return let me know the room had not been cleaned yet so they would go look where I remembered leaving the item and call me back as to whether or not they found it. It was found and the condo was kind enough to mail the item to me. I love that we are so close to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

  We rent these condos every year and always have a great time. This particular one was mostly updated and in the perfect location. The only negative was the cooking utensils and pans. There wasn’t enough for us to make a spaghetti meal(no colander) and pots were small.

  My mom sister nephews son & I stayed for a 3 night family vacation and it was awesome! 6 of us all over 13 yrs old fit comfortably. There was extra pillows blankets towels. Plenty of hand soap and toilet paper provided. Dish soap & paper towels plenty. Kitchen items coffee pot TV greatly appreciated. If you need anything more just ask and the staff is happy to help. We will stay again and highly recommend!
