The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  We love staying at Gulfstream. The maintenance of the whole place has really improved so nicely, and the pool area is great! We had booked a room with 2 large beds (King and Queen), but were put in a room with 2 twins and a king, which was hard on our usual sleeping arrangements, so I wished the staff at the front desk would have talked to us about that first, but overall the staff was so pleasant and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

  After a 5-year absence, we enjoyed returning to the Gulfstream Condos for our month-long stay. We were so pleased to see the many updates of the property in general. Staff members were all so genuinely cheerful and helpful. Housekeepers do a great job, THANK YOU. Management & staff go out of their way to provide a number of different activities for Winter Texans, THANK YOU. I want to commend Larry for handling an uncomfortable situation with young adults in the pool (who were not registered guests.) He was very diplomatic/professional, and the uninvited people left quietly without incident. We appreciate the safe environment provided there! We enjoyed staying in condo #208. We did have to purchase a new recliner for our stay as the furniture was not comfortable at all. We are hoping the owners will update the furniture. The furniture in the living room on the website is not an accurate reflection of what is really there. We look forward to seeing the staff and new friends made in a future stay.

  Enjoyed my time at the Gulfstream, the staff are pleasant, helpful and hard working. They have added some items this year to enhance the Winter Texan experience, much appreciated. I was somewhat disappointed in my unit, but that is on the owner not the staff. Hope to be back again next year

  This is my 2nd year at the Gulfstream, hope to be back again next year. The unit was just as the pictures show. I might suggest from a noise perspective that the dining chairs in the units have rubber feet so that you don’t hear the chairs above scraping across the tile floor. All the staff are friendly and helpful, activities for Winter Texans was an added bonus

  The Condo we stayed in was everything we were hoping for! The view of the Beach/Ocean was amazing and the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and Kitchen was clean and provided all the amenities needed. The pool area was great. The BBQ area needed more shade and the hot tub was closed. We loved it and will be back!!!

  Gulfstream condominiums are so nice, the view is out of this world and waking up to that every morning really made the trip. You’re just a walk away from the beach and the pool and jacuzzi were well kept ... and the pool

  We love hearing the ocean at night while we slept on a very comfortable bed. The condo was clean. If we are able to make a suggestion, it would be to get some sharp knives that are sharp. You cannot cut any form of vegetable (tomatoes,cucumbers,pineapples) with the knives that are in the condo. There is very little in the way of serving dishes for families that are using the kitchen while there, e.g. a salad bowl. It is not necessary, but a very kind gesture to have some things like coffee or tea for people coming in that have travelled since 4am and arrive at 10pm at night to be able to not have to go out right away.

  I have been visiting the Gulfstream for 30 years and always enjoyed my stay. This year multiple units the extended family rented had annoying issues. this particular unit has a cooktop with knobs but no markings for on/off or heat level. It made preparing large meals a nightmare for me, wanted to pull out a sharpie and write on it! I will rebook another unit next year since we have previously had good experiences here.

  Great ocean front room and location to the pool. The decor is a nice tan, instead of ocean blue for a change. The King in the main room and twins in the back bedroom were nice. The couch very comfortable. You need to provide the condo with some instructions. We were not sure, at first, how to work the ceiling fans, maintenance ended up fixing one. We did not have the wifi password or instructions. The maid service barely had the room ready by 4 and in their rush did not leave any shampoo, soap, kitchen towels. So it was a little disorganized. But we had a good time. The high chairs in the kitchen to see out and the high chairs on the balcony are very nice.

  Love the Gulfstream and have been coming here for more than 20 years. The room we stayed in was a first and was lacking in kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Also had many issues with broken toilets, broken dishwasher, nonworking telephone. Also my experience with turnkey your new management company was awful. Hate to say it but whoever decided to switch management companies was an idiot. Turn key is rude, charges your room for stay a month before you show up. I am extremely frustrated with them and the fact that you changed to someone else managing your stay
