  I have stayed her off and on for over 30 years. We always have a great time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This year was no exception. The only recommendation i can make is that the guest bathroom in unit 210 need some work. The shower bar was so rusty that when I used it to dry my towel the towel ended up with rust on it. Also, one of the hooks on the bathroom door was missing-it had fallen off and I found it in the cabinet above the commode. Also, at one time there must have been a water leak and there was a rust stain in the right had corner of the bathroom by the sink that needs paint.
  I know these items will be addressed and we look forward to our next stay with you.

  Second trip staying in this unit and both stays were 5 star. It was recently updated and we especially like the new tile and built in niches in both bathrooms. Mattresses are new and extremely comfortable. Direct access to the beach and the balcony views will keep us coming back.

  I've stayed in at least 25 of the units within this condominium complex over the last 25-30 years, and continue to come back. I only live 50 minutes from the Island and there are many places to choose from, but we continue to put Gulf Stream as our go to place. I noticed this summer that the staff and workers personnel had changed some, and all for the better. All, and I mean All of the staff and workers went well out of their way to greet us throughout the day and make us feel comfortable. So great job to the General Manager for his/her choice in Employee selection and retention. With that said, you do need to do what is reasonable to retain this particular set of individuals.

  This is a great condo with everything you need — right on the beach. 2nd floor with balcony. The chairs needed repaired or replaced on the balcony but that’s about the only improvement needed. Curtains opened With floor to ceiling view of ocean. Everything you need for a great beach vacation.

  Gulfstream Condos has been our favorite place to stay when visiting Corpus Christi. The floor to ceiling breathtaking views on the entire back side of the rental is the best part of the property. Even when not outside on the beach – you are still right there taking in all the sights! The property has a huge pool, gorgeous landscaping and kept very clean.

  The unit was very clean. Close to the stairs that lead to the beach. Had a jacuzzi tub though we didn't use it. A few more cooking utensils would be nice. No spatula to flip eggs but we made due. Would definitely rent that unit again.

  My husband and I had a great few days at this condo. You just can’t beat the wall of windows overlooking the beach. The bed was comfortable but the water pressure in the master shower was extremely weak to the point of not being able to wash my hair. The other bathtub shower was fine. The view and the convenience of the beach will always keep us returning to the Gulfstream.

  Our experience was great, we felt at home in our rental. Our condo, was clean and cool.
  3 minor issues.
  We did lose power on one night. We called downstairs and it was immediately fixed.
  The shower knob was backwards, cold was to the left and hot was to the right.
  And our place didn't have a grater. I borrowed one from the neighbor.
  We had a wonderful stay and will stay at Gulfstream again.
