  Condo was great! Was very clean and seems well-maintained. The property mgr's on-site were always very friendly and attentive. Only feedback is there could have been a couple of rugs in the entry way and kitchen. Realize that's more to clean but would be a nice addition. We went to Port A for dinner a few times - highly recommend Tortuga Salt Water Grill & Lisabella's. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

  I believe for the price off the cleaning they can do better I’m coming to this place once a year am my grandkids love the pool because the water is hot

  I have been coming to the Gulfstream since I was a child in the 70s. The best thing about the Gulfstream is that it hasn't changed AND it certainly feels like home to me and my children. The ONLY negative was the bugs in the kitchen that we couldn't get rid of even after maintenance sprayed.

  The condo that my wife and I rented was #211 was OK. It was a little out dated. It did have roaches in it. Needs to be sprayed. Other than that had a good time.

  We always stay at gulfstreams condominium when we go to North Padre Island. It is right on the beach so you don't have to drive your car in the sand. The facilities are outstanding. Parking is very good and the new barbecue pits are very very nice.

  Upon arrival the outside didn’t look like much but when we got into the pool area it was nice and well taken care of spotless the workers are constantly cleaning and very hard working even in this Texas heat! The elevator is a bit old and hot but it works! Getting in the room to open up to giant windows was great we had a water front view which was awesome with balcony and the beach is just a short walk down a sidewalk! Very clean place had games, appliances, dishes and felt like home away from home. Our kids absolutely loved it they wanted to stay longer we all did. Everyone on the property was super friendly and welcoming, we will be back soon!
