The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  218 is a fabulous corner unit, and we've enjoyed staying here for our family reunions. We love The Gulfstream, and have been coming since it was built. I might suggest a larger dining table in 218 and high balcony chairs, as the little plastic ones just aren't quite high enough. We couldn't use the tv because it's roku, but who needs tv when you have the beach! The king bed sort of bows up in the middle... might need a new king bed. But otherwise, such a lovely condo which we thoroughly enjoyed! Management is awesome too!

  We’ve been coming here for 20 years as renters. Love this facility. Always clean ,nothing too fancy, family oriented. Fantastic facility with pool, hot tub, board walk and walking distance to clean quiet beach. We always get gulf view and it never disappoints. Desk staff, maintenance and housekeeping make you feel like family. Always professional. Can’t say enough about it. New restaurant for us was Captains Diner, just down the road from the condo it was great fresh seafood. Other restaurants are oyster bar downtown corpus and closer to the condo is Doc’s, both fresh seafood and great service.

  We chose the corner unit this year and are so glad we did. Since the dining table was tiny (could use a larger table in the unit), the kiddos ate out on the balcony. We have been coming to the Gulfstream since it was built, and it is our happy place. The king bed in this unit was a bit lumpy, probably a product of rental property, but we were so dog tired from all the beach fun, we fell fast asleep! The front desk staff and manager are absolutely wonderful and very helpful to us on many occasions. This unit could use more coffee mugs, but we borrowed, and also could use more basic kitchen utensils and bowls, but, we made do and also borrowed! All in all, a wonderful stay at our happy place :)

  We have been coming to the Gulf Stream at least once a year for decades. It is affordable, has great beach access, and friendly staff. There are quirks, however. This year one of the elevators wasn't working for most of our stay but it didn't impact us except on arrival because we were on a lower floor. Our unit this year was beautifully decorated but we found it strangely under equipped. Many of the units we previously rented had much more in the way of kitchen equipment and even a few board games for visitors. We had to ask how to operate the coffee maker because there were no instructions and it was nothing we'd encountered before. Still, we had a wonderful time and just add these bits to our memories to laugh about.

  I cancelled my reservation when Gulfstream hired a Company to handle reservations after I had made ours Without informing us, we were sent a bill to pay in full over 30 days prior to our reservation date. I cancelled the reservation because of the lack of communication and the change in policy. It took constant text and phone calls to get this cancelled and then we were at first refused a refund of our deposit(contrary to Gulfstream's refund policy) The refund was finally approved, but I have still not received it, over 30 days now. we have stayed there multiple times over the years, but will not go back.
