The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and fun things to fill your day!

  Fully stocked condo.
  Convenient to office, pool, and beach.
  Pool and beach towels provided.
  Very comfortable beds. Roomy bedrooms.
  Our unit had no carpet, only tile that helped our allergies.
  Large patio.
  Only complaint is that the south elevator was closed making loading and unloading more difficult.

  The property looked just like the picture online. There was some sand in the edges of some chairs, but the place seemed to be clean and maintained. The only thing I did not like was that the water pressure in the showers was low. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. It was nice being right on the beach. We saw sea turtles at the jetty just down from the condos (a short walk on the beach). We went to Snoopy's and had fried shrimp - pretty good.

  We have stayed in this unit for 4 years. We love the amenities and the cleanliness. We like the fact the balcony is double the size of most condos. Only downfall was how hot the pool was. It wasn’t refreshing to jump into after a long day on the beach.

  We noticed a urine smell the first evening and notified the office that the couch reeked of urine. Maintenance came by and sprayed half of a bottle of Clorox spray on it and put a blanket on the couch. We had to leave the room because they sprayed so much disinfectant that we were literally eating it when we would breathe. The next day I asked that they remove the couch and they said they would. We were there for 4 nights. The couch was never removed. I hope they didn’t leave the couch for someone else and I truly hope we were the first with the issue.

  Very nice and convenient. The only negative would be a single restroom shared by male and females by the pool area, makes it tough at times. A second restroom would be nice. I would recommend an ATM on the property also.

  We love Gulfstream condos. The proximity to the beach is the perfect attraction. The pool is nice too. We have been coming for many years and plan to continue coming for the foreseeable future.
  This particular condo needs new living room furniture. It was very worn structurally and uncomfortable.

  My family and I have stayed here every summer for the last 30 years. This year was different and not in good way. They have raised their prices, the elevator was broken, our sink had a leak, the pool water was HOT, they stopped doing room to room maid service, and they started charging $25 for a missing towel. We love staying here because it's so close to the beach but I am pretty sure that was our last time staying there.

  This was our second visit to Gulfstream Condos and we will be back! The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed dinner at Doc's restaurant, spent time at the aquarium and visited a few great gift shops as well. We would highly recommend Gulfstream condos to anyone headed to Corpus Christi! Thanks!
