  We’ve been coming to Gulfstream Condominiums for 10 years now, and usually have a good experience overall.
  This particular unit was dirty upon arrival this year. Wipes needed to be used to clean most surfaces.

  We had a great time. Easy walk to beach and pool has been cleaned up and painted from the last time we were here. We had to move from room 304 to room 302 due to a water problem. Not a big deal since they were able to give us another room just two doors down from our old room. Only problems were (1) lock on door malfunctioned almost every day and (2) one night there was loud music on the court in front of our room. Security had the guys turn the music down. Appears that management is in the process of fixing up the place (new paint and stair railing replaced in some places)

  I was disappointed in Unit 301. The carpet in the bedrooms just seemed unclean and old to me. Tile is so much better in rentals. The slat blinds were falling apart in the back bedroom. The front toilet "ran" and did not flush well. The defrost was stuck overnight on our first night. Luckily we did not lose food. 302 was quite nice on the other hand. Nicely updated. In the past 30 years (yes) we have enjoyed a "private" beach behind the condos. Crowded with general public this time.
