The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  Our month at Gulfstream condos this year was well spent. This was our second February spent at the Gulfstream and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We rented the same condo both times. The complex is full of friendly people from a variety of locations and the staff are responsive helpful and accommodating. The complex is well maintained and you just can’t beat the million dollar views! Worth every penny spent and then some!

  Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would return in the future. The space was clean and the wall of windows provided an excellent view. The area was quiet and peaceful. All the appliances worked. The only two complaints we have regard the chairs on the balcony and the mattresses. Higher chairs would be preferable to be able to sit and view the beach. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and we were not able to sleep on them.

  Tv was broken, took two days to get resolved. I had called to upgrade to ocean front, but that change didn’t get documented. Paid for housekeeping service, but never saw housekeeping.

  Mostly perfect. We've been staying at Gulfstream since 1984 and love it. Because of COVID we weren't willing to do museums, exhibits, events, or live performances. That was the down side. From the beachfront apartment we could almost be part of wind-surfing, fishing, dog-walking and castle building, volleyball and small fires with S'mores. We walked the beach and the jetty a lot, got great pictures, ate safely ate area eateries.
  Gulfstream is beautifully set up and maintained. Staff and maintenance were more than accommodating. We felt totally safe.
  Only one suggestion - PLEASE suggest owners get rid of those awful little plastic chairs that have you looking right at the railing. Honestly, tall chairs would make all the difference.
  Never-the-less, we're planning to return in Feb. or march. Thanks Gulfstream!
