    The location is excellent, and the place is generally clean, with beach towels provided. The office staff was very attentive—they sent someone within minutes when the smoke alarm battery started beeping at 9 p.m. However, the unit is quite dated, and the coffee maker didn’t work. The floors were noticeably dirty; after walking around in socks, the bottoms turned black.

    Be sure to bring everything you need for cooking, including basics like salt and pepper. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and dishwashing soap. The towels were soft, and there were plenty of hooks for hanging wet bathing suits. However, the beds weren’t very comfortable.

    Overall, it’s a great place for the price, and we would stay there again. I’m just including these details to help future guests!
