  I like being on this side (south side or right side) of the Gulfstream as it has good views, easy access, and is quieter. The grounds have recent upgrades like lights in the palm trees, new landscaping and pickle ball court that are great.

  Nice location and facilities. Our unit could’ve been cleaner. Mold in the shower and the refrigerator was obviously not cleaned. Sticky stuff inside and a glob of something left behind! Had to clean it before use. Ice maker didn’t work.

  1. We were splitting the cost of the condo with another couple. The man that took our credit card charged the entire amount on my credit card. CARELESS!! I was told it would be a month before I could get a refund. This couple and I had to deal with it on our own. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  2. Sleeper couch did not work. We were told ahead of time, but should have received a deduction on our rate.
  3. Toaster caught on fire. Thank God we were standing right there. It could have been a very back situation. When we returned the toaster, we were not offered a new one. The lady didn't even care what unit number we were staying. I had to make sure we weren't going to be charged for not having a toaster in our unit. Later that day, my husband revisited and complained to the office. We finally received a new toaster
  4. Keys kept de-magnetizing. (This has never happened in all the 25 years of staying here). Kept having to go to front desk. Annoying. They kept saying to keep away from our phones. We did that and it still kept de-magnetizing.
  
  The overall stay was not good at all. We have been going to this facility for over 25 years. Service has gone down hill.

  I personally have been coming to Gulfstream for 30+ years. This is where I look forward to seeing my family that I don't always get to see throughout the year. It is always the best time at Gulfstream.

  We were there 4 days & never saw housekeeping. Too few toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing soap... had to go get them... very inconvenient. Kitchen silverware & utensils lacking. Too many Knick knacks all over the place... couldn’t set out things on table because it was full.
