  Really nice and well-maintained complex! Barbecues are available on the properties for guest use. Friendly staff! Apartments are well-equipped with most of what is needed to cook. Really enjoyed our stay, and will be coming back in the future!

  Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one. I stayed in the guest bedroom and found the bed needing to be replaced as it was very squeaky with unpadded mattress edges. The toilet handle needed to be held down to complete the flush. The cleaning crew missed someone’s Gold Bond lotion
  under the dresser as well as a small toy. A cup in the cabinet had a sticky rim so had to check dishes after that. I did not find an iron which would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, the couch and chairs were comfortable, the table an adequate size but would need a 6th chair for 6 guests. Awesome front desk staff-thanks Debbie! Nice trip!

  Everything was very nice I really enjoyed myself there we come there every year you could invest a little bit of money on some chairs for the balcony because those plastic chairs when you're sitting there you can't see anything but the railing you have to stand. ? Such a nice place I was surprised that there were little teeny plastic chairs outside it was ridiculous. But thank you very very much and we will see you next year!!

  Gulfstream is clean, comfortable, friendly and the beach access is perfect. The inside of our condo was updated and lovely. The outside, grounds, and elevator need an update. Great place for family fun!

  Along the whole side of the condo was a beautiful ocean view with windows floor to ceiling. It's one of the only condos on the Island with a view of the Gulf and the sunset from the 24 ft deck. We enjoyed a nice long walk on the beach.
