  Everything was great! The only issue was that the refrigerator light was broken and needs to be replaced by the owner, according to Gulf Stream. Maintenance couldn't do anything, so seeing in the fridge at night was challenging.

  We loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. The office staff, housekeeping staff and maintenance people were very helpful. The condo we stayed in needs better lighting, ceiling and table lamps.

  This is a very nice unit. We have stayed in many of the units and this is my favorite. The furnishings are pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with quality knives and pans. I love the all tile because it seems cleaner than carpet. The view is amazing and I love the higher patio chairs, you are not looking through railing! The staff here is wonderful. I have only good things to say about this unit. We will definitely rent this one again.

  The staff, from the front office, to housekeeping and maintenance, were friendly, helpful and hardworking. The condo was very nice, but a little under-provisioned for a long-term stay: we had to purchase a dustpan, and some kitchen utensils, but overall, we were pleased and would stay again.

  When we checked in the clerk was very nice. Got up to the unit and the brand new refrigerator did not work. Maintenance came and changed it out for a spare fridge they had available. Unit had obviously just been redone as there were still traces of blue painters tape. Only one elevator was working which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Nonskid surface on balcony was peeling and half missing but the unit itself was in good condition
