  This is a nice unit. The bathroom near the front room is in need of an update, unless you like showering in a bathtub. The unit also in need of cookware. There is no large pot for things like pasta. A king sized bed would be nice in the front bedroom too.

  We have stayed in this unit multiple times. This time there was an issue with the guest bathroom backing up. Larry the repair guy came and fixed it immediatly. Larry is AWESOME! Give that man a raise! We will be visiting again but probably a different unit?

  Thank you, for a wonderful experience! The upgrades and layout of this particular condo was AMAZING!! It was perfect with all furniture in the living all being pullout beds to the shower door swinging both ways allowing us to prevent a big wet mess after showers. This condo had everything we could possibly want, from amazing views of the coast to tiny features hat made this trip smooth and memorable while being relaxing.

  We loved our stay at Gulfstream and plan to return next year. We are so glad to be booking with the staff that we are familiar with and not the Turnkey company . We were really disappointed that we had to have anything at all to do with them and whoever thought to put them in control of managing and booking made a very
  big mistake. Once again the front office, housekeeping and maintenance were wonderful but they are just a reflection of the great state of Texas and the wonderful people in that state. We did miss some of the social activities that we had enjoyed in the past years and hopefully we can enjoy them again when we return in 2022..
