The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  We LOVE this location and have stayed many times in various units. Location is perfect and the staff are always great. Bbqs are clean and available, pool and hot tub are always clean and the beach wash station is great.
  Two of the blinds were broken, need repairs to open. The chairs on the deck are too short, you are staring at the hand rail. It would be great to have some hooks at the front door to hang towels and hats would be a great add as well.

  We have been coming to the Gulf Stream annually since the '80s. We love it because it is family-oriented and has a very responsive staff. It is starting to show its age but overall everything works or the staff fixes it if it doesn't.

  This condo at the Gulfstream was great for our short vacation with 5 adult people. Great ocean front view! The condo was nicely remodeled and the beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed). It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make small meals. My only suggestion is to consider adding a bathroom exhaust fan in the primary bathroom and an additional lamp in the livi by area. Other than these minor details, this condo offered a great stay!

  Don’t let the outside of a gulfstream Condos fool you. The condo was clean and very nice. The view is unbelievable. The entire wall was glass to see the beach and gulf. And when you close the outside balcony door all the noise disappears. The beach wall walk right outside the condos was very nice.

  We were moved to this unit from our original rental that had to many items to fix to have a great stay. This condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean.
  
  The compound as a whole needed updating and painting, but the grounds were kept nice. The staff was helpful and when we had to be moved, from one unit (that had to many items for repair) to another we even got a small refund. I didn't like that they didn't bring new linens.... you had to take soiled linen and pick up new ones at the front desk. Since we were on the 5th floor. They didn't come and clean the whole time we were there, so that was a bummer. Everything at this development was "self service". We didn't use the pool or hot tub as it was a bit to cold, but the view was stunning from our room and small balcony.
  
  The room was very nice, quality of furniture was nice and everything matched perfectly. Good flow from one room to another.

  It was great - we like Gulfstream Condos very much. Only recommendation for the unit is: a couple of better, high chairs for the balcony. Would add: twin bed mattresses were acceptable, but not great. But again - we liked the unit in general very much.

  Gulfstream Condos are the best choice if you want to stay ON the beach... Not NEAR the beach, not A SHORT WALK TO the beach. It is ON. THE. BEACH. Not sure I would choose this unit again as it needs some updated furnishings, but other units I've stayed in were great. The bed was great. The facility is older, but just fine. I will be staying again...and again.

  We have stayed with the Gulfstream for years and I highly recommend them. This particular unit, not so much. Very outdated, rust on the ancient range and fridge, water under the shower pan so definitely a leak, not even a ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc on. Lamps missing bulbs, etc. This is the first condo I've stayed in that I couldn't give a great review on. So please, go to the Gulfstream but steer clear of this condo until it gets some attention.
