The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominiums is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  We always come down the same week with a large family group. The room was very nice, well equipped kitchen with more than enough cookware, utensils, and silverware. The location close to the elevator was a plus. Furniture and décor was very nice and comfortable. Only complaint the beds are a pedestrian, too bouncy, and what you expect in a rental unit. Overall, the unit was great and surpassed all expectations.

  A wonderful place to stay. We've been going there for over 30 years! Tried many other places and nothing compares to the Gulfstream. The distance to the beach, pool, hot tub and coziness of the condos. It just all works.

  Rental experience was easy to book. Room was clean and comfortable though having a broom in the unit for the inevitable sand the gets in would have been helpful. Front desk manager was not as friendly as the manager last year. Felt as though they were snickering under their breath at me during check-in and check out.

  Queen bed in unit could be replaced. Very loud and uncomfortable. Elevator made us scared to ride not sure if doors would open. Overall had a great time. Will return but rent on first floor.

  All in all an ok stay. Room was nice which is the saving grace for the condos. 1 of the elevators was out AGAIN. Last 2 times we've stayed one of the elevators was out. But the worst was the EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC being blasted at the pool at 10:30 pm. I understand that you're on vacation and it's party time. But it was ridiculous how loud the music was. I called to complain and was told "quiet time" begins at 11, and that they were asked to turn it down but refused. Quiet time should begin at 10. And if you ask them to turn it down and they refuse, make them turn it off. It's just plain courtesy.

  Also the $115 cleaning fee is excessive: especially since I had to strip the bed, take out the trash etc.

  Very clean and cozy condo offers great views of the beach. The kitchen was spacious with nice counters and cabinetry. FYI, the dishwasher is not installed to the cabinet, so be careful opening. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were nice. The queen mattress was a bit noisy as if it was an air mattress. All in all, it was a great place to stay and a perfect spot on the beach.

  We love Gulf Stream Condos. This was our second stay. Both condos were very nice and clean. The staff is what puts the icing on the cake. They are the nicest and helpful people. Always someone saying hello. The grounds are kept immaculate.
