  519 is an updated lovely condo. Stayed there a number of times. Always looks fresh and clean. Owner invested a good amount of $ a few years ago, and it is an amazing rental. Always happy to stay here.

  The whole property and including the pool was extremely clean, easy access to the beach. The minute we walked into the room we saw the most beautiful view. The room was organized, super clean and smelled fresh. The only hiccup was the oven, which I reported to the front desk, other than that everything else was great. We will definitely be back.   we have been going to gulf stream since it was built. I was pleased to see the upgrade with a pickleball Court, and a room had new furnishings. did not like the sleep number bed but i imagine not all rooms have that. However, I think they could do more by providing more shade at the pool so that it can be used in the day when it's so hot ...no place to even sit hardly except for the few tables. There were a few slip ups in the room such as tub not clean and broom broken plus a few other items.

  This was our 4th stay at G-Stream condos. We've stayed in two different rooms multiple times. Overall our stays have been positive. The proximity to the beach is amazing for those with little kids or older folks. The staff has always been friendly and professional to us.

  Practically every year for the past 25 or so, we’ve headed to the Gulfstream Condos for our rejuvenating vacation (as opposed to exploring new places ones). It’s what we need! We typically visit in early Fall, but this year, that didn’t happen. So, we booked for Thanksgiving weekend. We typically view a front view condo, ideally a corner unit, but this time went with this side view one. Other than missing the sunrises (and it was so cloudy/foggy, we really didn’t miss this after all!), the view was great. This particular unit was more updated, with more comfortable furnishings than most that we’ve stayed in. We were especially pleased with the two recliners and big screen tv as World Cup Soccer was taking place, and this was a great place to watch the matches!
  We love that the Gulfstream is right on the beach, and our favorite activity is walking down to what once was Bob Hall Pier and back — about 4 miles round trip.
  It would’ve been nice if the condo (and all of them) came equipped with a meat thermometer, and if this one had newer pots and pans. (The teflon was really scratched up.) Also, on the not-so-positive side: over the years, the check-in time has gotten later, and the check-out time, earlier, and while we once had daily housecleaning, now guests are expected to strip the beds, put away clean dishes and then some before leaving. Less time, more to do! We asked for a late checkout, and were graciously given an extra 30 minutes, only to arrive back from our morning walk a half-hour before standard check-out time to find that our key no longer worked! This was quickly remedied with a visit to the office, but still it was an inconvenience as we tried to clean up ourselves and the condo for departure.
  So, it wasn’t a perfect experience, but it was still a wonderful one. We’ll be back, God-willing!

  When going to the beach, there are a few musts for me. Location, good, clean accommodations and a nice swimming pool. Of course, affordability is nice and good service are all plusses! So Gulfstream fits most of these categories consistently. The location can't be beat, right on the beach with a boardwalk right out the door. Very nice. The drawback is that the property is old and some things just don't get the right attention for what you pay. The common area BBQ grills needs some attention. Who doesn't enjoy grilling when you're at the beach? So please update the grill to where it works properly. Another upgrade that is necessary is the elevators. Our favorite condo is on 5th floor and both times we stayed there this summer, the elevators were out of order. Carrying groceries, luggage and beach gear up five flights of stairs gets annoying! The condo itself is beautiful and nicely updated by the owners. Note to staff: When your reservation is for 5 nights, you should have enough coffee, toilet paper and dishwashing soap for your stay so you don't have to be constantly going to the office for replenishment. There is no longer daily housekeeping service, which I can understand, but the condo should be stocked for your stay. Thanks!

  We stay at gulf stream regularly. We always have a wonderful time, this was no different! Clean room, clean facilities, friendly staff. Only issues were that the tv in the main room would not stream, and the mattress in the master bedroom was beyond its expiration date, you felt the bed underneath. This room needs a new mattress! Otherwise wonderful!

  We had a great vacation and we loved the condo room we were renting. Beautiful side view of the ocean. All furniture and beds were comfortable. Only one tiny draw back. We noticed the microwave was cracked, so we informed the front desk of this. When we went to use the microwave to pop popcorn, it was burning the popcorn more then popping it. We tried a couple of times and then gave up. Might need to replace it. Oh a good note, we loved the extra towel hooks by the front door and we're hoping there would be more in both bathrooms. Pool and hot tub was wonderful and staff was always happy to help. We would love to stay again some time, and maybe longer.

  This Condo was very nice. Newly remodeled and great view of the ocean. Only one elevator was working which was on the far side of where we stayed. But overall a very nice stay and excellent condo. Would stay again.

  I have rented at Gulfstream spring and fall for the last 3 years. Nothing but the best. Helpful, knowledgeable workers, great outside ambience, and close to all fun things todo. And about 20 minutes to Corpus Christi, if you want more city life.
  The beach, right outside the door is always awesome. My grandboys love walking to the jetty, looking for shells, and turtles. This year we found lots of snails in their shells. In the spring we count the jelly fish washed up on the shore.
  We have stayed in this unit 2x, and it is updated with a great side view. We will come again.

  My family has been staying at Gulfstream every summer for many years and this was the nicest room we have had. Due to a long wait at the elevators we had to climb all five flights of stairs daily which is a negative. Also, I believe there was an increase in the rental rates and in addition to that there is now a $119 rental charge to clean the rooms and a b/s resort fee. Due to covid there was no daily maid service but I failed to see any credit for that in my invoice. I'll likely look for alternative places to stay in the future as Gulfstream prices and ridiculous fees are too much.

  This unit was amazing. Fully updated and stocked. View of the Ocean was fantastic for not being labeled ocean front view unit. Property over all with the pool was fantastic and maintenance team very professional and keeps property clean. Access to beach is only a few steps away. We will be back! My only request is to update Master headboard as it squeaks and only other item we noticed is unit needed a deep pot in the kitchen. Every other tool in the kitchen was available. Thank you for allowing us to vacation at your property.

  This was my third stay at Gulfstream, and by far the best. My condo was immaculate and appeared to be newly remodeled. Loved the high chairs on the deck, and there was not only a nice view of the beach and Gulf, but the dunes as well. Everything we needed was in the condo. I would only suggest more hooks inside the door for jackets, towels, wet items, and more towel racks in the bathrooms. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating. A special shout out to Larry, who goes out of his way for guests, and is great fun to talk to. Staff is working very hard to restore the courtyard to its “ pre frost” greenness. I have been coming to the area for 30 years, and will continue to stay at Gulfstream.
