  We stayed as winter Texan, the staff is wonderful, they are responsive, pleasant and stay with problem or concern to get best solution. Our condo was nice but my husband felt the couch with fold out bed was uncomfortable to sit on. We did find the Sand Bar a little noisy one night when they play longer than usual. Just adjusting to new neighbor with consideration. Plan to spend longer next year.

  Staff and property was great. Only thing I suggest is someone scrapping the sand off the steps leading to the beach. They have alot of wet sand and kind of scary climbing up and down, being that I am in my seventies. We have been staying at Gulfstream for many years and we always find it so relaxing.

  This was the best winter stay yet! We love the way the Gulfstream staff takes care of their Winter Texans. We consider the staff and friends staying there to be a second family. We missed having a working elevator on our side and know it caused problems for some. Our unit needs updating and some issues addressed.

  Beds need an over haul. Elevator slowest in town. Great location to beach. Great pool area. Excellent customer service.

  We were moved to unit 521 due to a renovation, but we loved the unit and the layout. We spent time on the balcony often watching people on the beach or simply listening to the ocean. The decor in this unit was very nice; the kitchen was well appointed. The twin bed arrangement by the windows was not ideal.We hope to stay in this unit again next winter as returning Winter Texans.
