This 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo is on the top floor with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Bay windows sweeping the front, including the living room and guest suite. A fully equipped kitchen will make meal time simple and enjoyable.
The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front locale is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and fun things to fill your day!

  Unit is very nice and has unobstructed view of the beach. It has adequate furnishings and and kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. The master bath shower is small relative to some other units I have stayed here. I like the queen bed in the bedroom with the beach view, many other units have twins. It would be nice to add a grab bar in the shower. We had a wonderful stay and consider renting the unit again in future visits.

  A perfect respite from a long cold winter. Being able to look at the water all day and night is priceless. The unit was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only suggestion I would make for any of the units we have rented is to leave instructions for using the remote controls and television. They are all different and confusing, at least for those of us a bit older! :)

  Great location an really nice staff. We have been staying at gulfstream for 35 years. But the condo was not very clean this time. The bathtub was dirty and we found dead roaches on the floor. Could you have the supervisor check rooms after cleaning as I could tell this was not checked closely. But we love gulfstre am and will be back.

  I have been going to the Gulfstream since 1981. We have always loved the facility and have returned on many, many occasions. Unfortunately, there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The elevator did not work, and I understand that another renter was on location in May and it wasn't working either. The BBQ grills have needed updating for several years, and now they are almost inoperable. We love the Gulfstream and will return. But please, address the needed repairs and make the facility what it once was.

  It’s an older condo building but everything was so clean and the staff super friendly. We had a problem with the unit we had originally picked but they sent maintenance out immediately and moved us to another unit. The condo units are immaculate and towels super thick and soft. Beach towels were provided. The pool was heated and super clean. The condo is right on the beach our balcony overlooked the ocean. Larry was especially helpful in giving us advice on restaurants and places to go. Thanks for a great relaxing time.

  We started out in room 509, but something happened to the owner (prayers) and was moved to 611. It was beautiful, really enjoyed ourselves. The fans in the bedrooms need to be tightened up some, other then that, it was a great room, great view, loved the sun coming up, and off the front, watched the sun go down. The elevator was out four days, I had my mom with us, and that took a toll her badly, and I understand because of my low back scoliosis. Hopefully next year they work great like they did in 2021. Over all it was wonderful though.

  Our rental was great! This was our first time in Corpus Christi and Gulfstream was a perfect location! We were able to walk down to the beach easily during the day and the view was incredible from our condo. We would leave the window shades open at night and wake up to the most beautiful sunrise over the beach. The condo was a little dated in the kitchen and bathroom but was perfect for what we needed it to be. Great family vacation!

  I’ve been coming to Gulfstream for almost 20 years, and I enjoyed my stay greatly this time (like always).
  
  The only feedback I would give is that this is the only time of year the complex can do repairs, and unfortunately they happened around my unit for about half the time I was there. There was loud drilling and it was to the point that I couldn’t use the unit at all during the day (that loud). It would be advisable for them to pay more attention to where construction is and schedule the work around the units that are occupied, although I don’t know how possible that is.. While they did warn us about this in an email, I was only notified about this 3 weeks in advance before I arrived - can’t really change travel plans at that point. The staff is very friendly and helpful though, and the location is unmatched. I am coming back.

  Gulf Stream remains my favorite Texas coast spot. The beach is nicer than Port A. The rooms are nice and the pool is always clean. The grounds are pretty with great landscaping. I have been staying there for over 30 summers and will continue as long as rates stay competitive with other condos around.

  My family and I had a great time at Gulfstream. The staff is great, especially Larry. He helped us with so many things. And maintenance came promptly when we needed a little plumbing done. The only complaint I have is that there is no ramp leading down to the beach in front of the condo. Many people carry wagons, tarps and other things down to the beach and a ramp would be very helpful. We will see you again in November......

  I have stayed on the island since I was a kid but this was my first time at Gulfstream. My family of four had an amazing time. Friendly staff, our room was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. Easy beach access and Gorgeous views. My only critique is I wish the washing station was bigger when leaving the beach to enter the condo. We will definitely be back!!!

  Views of the beach are wonderful from this property and the 6th floor was extra quiet! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating items and we loved the extra storage (pantry and shelf unit). Only thing we would change is window covering in the bedroom. Curtains vs rolled shades would help. Views are excellent, but would be nice to sleep a bit past sunrise. :)
