  We have been staying at the penthouse unit for about 5-6 years - the unit could use a little refresh. Also we could not find any cutting boards (I think our friends from the bottom unit left to beach exit left that cutting board in dishwasher). We did see a very large rat at the area with the green bicycle that has a flat. On the positive side, the pool area looks great and the new keycards are amazing vs trying to keep up with that card after being at the beach all day.

  THIS WAS A GREAT CHANCE TO VISIT THE COAST AND IT NOT BE SO HOT. WE'VE BEEN HERE MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS ASK FOR 612. IT'S DECORATED SO PRETTY AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES NEEDED. WE'LL BE BACK.

  We spent three nights at this condo for a company trip, and it was fantastic! The front desk staff was so accommodating with multiple groups checking in at different times, making the process a breeze. The location couldn't be better— right in front of the beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.
  The condos had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchens to an amazing pool perfect for team bonding. Our entire team loved the stay, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

  Perfect! Love everything about the Gulfstream’s condos, inside and out, and the location on the beach! The staff is wonderful. I forgot my opal gold necklace in the master bathroom when I checked out but it wasn’t found and returned.

  This was the perfect spot for our annual friends trip. Three bed, 3 bath condo, top floor, well decorated and organized. Obvious the owners of this space took every detail into account. Plenty of space to sleep 10 comfortably and a fully stacked kitchen for meal preparation and family style eating. As a sweet touch, the hosting family has a sign in book for guests to sign. Very sweet touch!

  We have stayed at The Gulfstream on several occasions and have never been disappointed and this last stay was no exception. We are already thinking of trips we want to make in the future. Everything in the condo was to our satisfaction except for a night or two when there was no hot water in the back bedroom.

  Our family of four and my parents stayed in the Penthouse. It was a beautiful rental. Gorgeous views of the beach and plenty of room. My sister's family of four would join us for dinner each night and the place never felt crowded. It was also nice to be right on the beach, so it was just a quick walk to and from the condo. I will definitely be staying here again.

  We stayed in the Penthouse for the first time. The room was great! Lots of room for our large party. Very clean and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the two elevators always seemed to be down. Would definitely come back though!

  Have stayed here many times and always a pleasant experience. Evevators were out of order for 2 days after we arrived but staff was very helpful w/luggage, etc. Hot tub and heated pool very nice year round.

  The location is very nice right on the beach, but the building is very old and needs work. We stayed in the Penthouse suit, it has plenty of room but the cost for 5 nights is very expensive.
