  I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Gulf Stream condos! From the moment I went on the website, everything went smoothly. I love how organized the website is, how you can look up the rooms based off of the view you want. I decided on the room 616. I booked and received confirmation very quickly. Once we arrived check in was very easy and our room was exactly as pictured! It fit our family of four perfectly. The rooms were so nicely decorated, and It was nice that we had two bathrooms. The floor to ceiling windows in the main bedroom and the living room were wonderful. We were able to enjoy the view at all times. We stayed for five days and enjoyed every minute. The pool was also very nice and clean. I loved the private walkway out to the beach. I loved the boardwalk. I loved our balcony which faced the ocean for some great views in the morning and in the night. I will be recommending Gulfstream Condos to everyone. The property description was accurate. Everything was clean and well-maintained. All the workers were very helpful with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we will most definitely be back

  It was beautiful and roomy. Very relaxing. Nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Very nice and clean. Well maintained. Enjoyed Pizza place and souvenier shops.
  Loved the beach view and the heated pool. Yes, I have already recommended this place to a friend of mine. Just wish it had been closer to other corpus activity sites. For example, the mall was 12 miles away and Shoreline Blv. was even father but we made the rounds. Construction on the causeway made it difficult but no complaints on the Condo.

  The condos are home away from home. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. We stay here every year. The location is perfect for us; not too touristy with a tourist town close by. Far enough away from hustle and bustle to feel secluded but close enough to easily find anything you need.

  We arrived the day before TS Nicholas and things looked iffy for a while. By Tuesday morning the sun was out and the rest of the week was beautiful. The condo is perfect for sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee or whatever, watching the sunrise and people watching. I can't say enough about the Gulfstream employees. They all were very pleasant and helpful. Someone was always cleaning the walkways, the yard or the pool. Though the building is old, someone is constantly working on maintenance.
  The condo itself had a great bed and furniture. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently with pots and dishes. The dishwasher did not always get the dished on the top rack clean and they either needed to be cleaned by hand or moved to the lower level The sink is in need of a new faucet badly. Watch out for the DISPOSAL! It is not directly connected to the sink drain. When there is food in the disposal and you turn it on the food often comes up through the other sink, explosively! I had to change my shirt the first time I turned the disposal on. After than I covered the non-disposal side with a bowl when using. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and did not eat out a lot. Having the Island grocery open was a big plus.
  The bathroom were roomy and loved the shower!
  The cost is more than some places on Padre, but the view, amenities and security are worth it to us. We plan on staying there next year.

  We have stayed many times at Gulfstream, and we loved this unit. The furnishings were very comfortable. As usual, all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was the deafening music by one inconsiderate guest at the grilling area, pool, and hot tub. All in all, it was wonderful. We'll be back soon

  Good condo with great location right on the beach. While the inside of the condo is true to pictures and description, the building itself needs cleaning and updating. Also, need better description of what is available within the condo on the site - kitchen items, coffee, filters, bathroom supplies - they charge you for additional towels, soap, etc. and that is very disappointing. We enjoyed lots of time on the beach and all the local restaurants.

  Did not like 616 seemed crowded and outdated with a freezer that didn't work TV difficult to manage. We had been in 617 on 2 previous visits which I liked much better, We love the Gulfstream location.
