  We had a wonderful visit to condo 618 this past week. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and basic supplies were there. We loved the two walls of windows for a neverending view of the gulf.Awind surfer provided entertainment as he whisked along the waters. We enjoyed the heated pool pool towels and the elevator. I would definitely return there.

  Our stay was amazing having a a corner unit with two walls of windows. November is a perfect month to spend at Gulfstream. The housekeeping and grounds workers are so polite and accommodating. It makes the stay even more pleasant. Our unit had new furniture from our previous stay which was really nice. We will always return as much as we can. There is no better place on the beach.

  We had a wonderful time here. The environment is safe, clean and user friendly. The staff is courteous and attentive. We celebrated mothers 92 birthday, uses a wheelchair and walker. We had no trouble getting around. It's a beautiful place to spend quality time with your family. I can't wait to come back next year for her 93rd birthday.

  We love the Gulfstream! I have been coming here ever since I was a little girl back in the 1980s. My family would stay in one and my grandparents in another. The condos are updated and I love having two rooms (one for the kids) and a nice kitchen and eating area. Views were amazing from our corner room - 618. Beach is right there, pool is nice, and our teen boys enjoyed playing pickleball several times. Enjoyed walking up and down the boardwalk as well. Several good restaurants and little souvenir shops around. We also like to go to Port Aransas and ride a golf cart for fun. Thank you - more memories made.

  I have been a Winter Texan guess for at least 10 years. The whole staff at Gulfstream is extremely accommodating. I live on a lake in northern MN so the location of Gulfstream to the Gulf calls to me. I am a single women so the safety at Gulfstream is important. The staff is working hard to upgrade the amenities and the maintenance. I hope I can return to Gulfstream for many years to come.

  Location is outstanding. Corner unit/top floor views were great. For a 50-yea old facility in reasonably good shape. Unit furnishings are showing their age, but kitchen was fine. Very low occupancy this time of year, so hard to measure noise levels, etc. when the place would be full. For us, the peace and quite for 4 of the 7 days more than off-set the cool and cloudy weather. Some maintenance was expected, but winter roof maintenance noise levels made 3 days a very poor experience (a jackhammer right over you head will do that) and was a detractor for sure. But, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed the stay and made great memories - the value at approximately $300/day was fair because of the location and quite nights.

The unit was well furnished and location perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Our granddaughter enjoyed sunbathing at the pool both days and the property was well kept.

  Unit 618 did not disappoint & looks exactly like the photos on their website. The wrap around balcony with floor to ceiling windows made those spectacular sunrises & sunsets a truly memorable experience. The poolside area was very clean with well manicured landscaping. Our son was very impressed with the high speed internet service. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from, along with convenient & grocery stores options. Fully loaded kitchen with plenty of cookware to use. The dishwasher works great!!! The private beach access is a bonus. You really can't go wrong with this condo - highly recommended!!!! Enjoy your stay.

  The staff could not be more friendly and attentive: 5 star rating to the top! The customer service is absolutely perfect. The landscaping is cared for, the pool and hot tub very clean and nice. BUT without maid service, and the long age of the place, it is not worth the price. There are neighboring locations we found with maid service and we will be looking to move there for our next visit. The furniture is torn and sticky, and shows great wear and tear. Our guest that came to visit all said great view but commented on age and run down condition. The walk to the beach and access is lovely, so we just focus on staying outside and it worked for us this time. The weather cooperated!

  Just spent another wonderful week at the Gulfstream. Started taking my children there 50 years ago when first opened & entire family(children, grandchildren)all still love to go and do. Gulfstream is ON the beach. No boardwalks to walk across to get to the beach - just walk out the door of the Gulfstream and you are ON the beach. 15 minute drive to Port A, but plenty of shopping, restaurants very near Gulfstream. Best location, great staff, great website - My happy place! Already booked for 2 trips in 2022 and will soon book other dates. There are fancier, newer places - but none better than Gulfstream!

  Our stay was nice; however, on the last night, we didn't get to have our family/game night because the electricity went out and then we had no A/C until about 3:00 am. I feel like there should have been a partial refund, but no one has offered that so far. I thought I would definitely hear from management, but I've heard nothing. I've always been happy with Gulf Stream. I was a little disappointed.
