  First time staying here as winter Texans and we really enjoyed it, already booked again for next year! Our room was large compared to other places we have stayed and the weekly cleaning was a huge benefit and a nice surprise. The pool area was well landscaped and very relaxing. Easy access to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises! All the staff were very friendly! Only complaint was we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to turn on, but with the wonderful view from our room, that was a very minor thing. Would highly recommend staying at the Gulfstream Condominiums!

  This has been our 20th year staying at Gulfstream! And, it did not disappoint. From reserving this condo after viewing the pictures on their site, to the helpful Reservation Dept after multiple calls, to our arrival at Check In, the rooms wonderful view of the sunsets. We can not have been happier. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beach and the pool, the adults enjoyed relaxing and visiting with each other. It was just a wonderful time. Since our stay I have recommended Gulfstream to All.

  Overall, Staying at Gulfstream was a great experience (end of June 2024). We could have used some more communication prior to check-in on what we needed to bring with us (ie. soap, towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc.). The rooms were clean and nicely updated. The general condition of the building is older and may need some TLC here and there, but is clean and orderly. The location and access to the beach is fantastic. The pool was clean and well kept. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, terrific experience.

  Unit 619 is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. It has everything you need to cook and BBQ by the pool. The only problem was the pool water being 95 degrees which made it impossible to swim! The staff working around the complex was excellent.

  My wife and I spent the month of March 2023 at The Gulfstream - enjoyed it very much (we had stayed at the GS prior to this visit, but only for a few days at a time). Our unit was very nice, and of course the beach was/is great. Many nice "Winter Texans" in the house as well, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
