  Love the Condos and amenities. Location is perfect. I specifically chose a condo that i thought would be best for me and my family but we for some reason got a different one-the dates were off on my reservation slso but were easily fixed. Great staff!

  As always, The Gulfstream Condos did not disappoint. My husband and I have stayed here for over 20 years. Every time has been a wonderful experience. The first was my youngest son's 21 birthday when he was studying at Texas A&M Corpus. A group of over 15 people stayed here. From that time on, we tried to come every Summer/Fall for a family vacation. Even during Covid we came. The personnel have been friendly and helpful (especially our last stay trying to operate the SMART tv's!) Every condo that we stayed in was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely come back again.

  This was our family's 50th year to vacation at the Gulfstream. We love it here and were pleased to see how the staff has freshened up the grounds and maintained some areas that had grown a bit tired and worn over the years. The updates and grounds were well kept and ready for a new season. The staff was wonderful and helpful. This was our first time to stay in Room 620. The room had some challenges such as a struggling air conditioner and wiring of lights and shades that made it difficult to turn off lights without turning off ceiling fans and opening and shutting the shades with ease. We ended up being glad we brought our own box fans and never opened up the shades to help keep the unit cool. Our fridge went out and yet the staff immediately responded with a new one to use even thought it had to be positioned in the living room. For the price we pay to enjoy the Gulfstream, it would be nice not to have to call maintenance for such things. While we will return to the Gulfstream, we will choose a different unit in the future. However, the beds and bathrooms were all good and we had a great time as always.

  Room was clean, updated appliances and great view. Room was a bit older in design but still very nice. Elevators could use some upgrades but worked without any issues. Heated pool and hot tub were simply awesome. Overall stay was a 9 out of 10. Beach access was easy and a 2 min walk and kept clean.

  The room was nice and the view of the beach is great, but I’m not sure it was actually cleaned after the last guests checked out. There were a some long black hairs in our bed between the sheets, in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Also, the elevator on our side was out of order so we had the choice of climbing the stairs all the way up to the 6th floor with our all our stuff or using the elevator on the opposite side of the property. That’s not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to be informed of this before hand or at least been given a discount on our stay. Overall, it was a cute unit to stay in and the property was nice, but I definitely wish the room was cleaned better. With that being said, the location is fantastic and so close to the beach!

  We have stayed at the Gulfstream for years and have always enjoyed the condos. This visit was a big step down from the quality we are used to. The condo was not very clean when we arrived. One of the showers did not work well, and one of the toilets did not flush properly and kept clogging. There were also a number of loose or non-functioning fixtures in the condo. The one day we wanted to use the pool, it was closed for repairs.
  The direct beach access and quiet guests were the best part of the visit. I don't know if we will be back.

  Very pleasant. The elevator closest to us wasn’t working. We’ve been staying at the Gulf Stream for over 20 years. It’s wonderful. Staff is friendly and kind and the grounds are beautiful and clean. Commode by master bedroom seemed to have some issues, but nothing major. It’s definitely a home away from home for us. Consistently clean and well kept!

  The condo was comfortable but needed a few repairs and updates before being placed for rent. When we come tasted the management company they tried to get things taken care of but wasn’t able to make all the needed repairs so we were moved to another unit. It definitely has potential but just to many items to address for our stay.

  We took a family trip back in 2015 when my wife was 5 months pregnant with our daughter Ciena and stayed in 618. This year we stayed in 620. Such a great trip and memories. My parents use to live in 418 (Bill and Judie Cuneo) back in 2004,so the GulfStream has special memories

  The lack of counter space in the bathrooms was frustrating, the lighted kitchen cabinet blocked your view of the den and rest of the unit, way too many TV remote controls that weren’t needed which made it confusing. We were at the beach so we overlooked those flaws. But, with that said there are plenty other units that we liked better. The complex and employees were wonderful as always!
