  Awesome. Love the location. The remodeled kitchen worked much better. Loved using the grill area and was clean. Only thing is our room key was turned off around 9 but we have till 11 to check out so it made loading our stuff from the condo difficult.

  We had a great stay for spring break! Property was nice and well maintained. This particular unit is on the back corner of the top floor, very quiet. The layout was as described except that the twin beds were in the main bedroom and the king bed was behind the sliding wall. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. My favorite part was the balcony! While not a direct (front facing) view, you still get the full display of the beach on a balcony that is oversized. Beach access was very convenient. We were able to set up early and enjoy the morning, head back up to our room for a break when the big afternoon crowds hit, then go back in the evening to wind down and take in the sun set. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids had fun on the pickle-ball court. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back next year!

  Room has a great view and a nice breeze. The patio is huge. It is on the 6th floor and if you like peace and quite this is the place to be.

  Pros: Awesome view and we enjoyed the set up of the unit, it was perfect for my husband, 2 kids and myself. We loved being able to walk down to the beach and the convenience of being a short drive to restaurants and Port A. We also enjoyed the pool.
  
  The cons: The unit was completely missing one of the blinds (closest to the balcony door). So we had to be careful after bathing the kids at night. The lamps and alarm clocks were not plugged in and didn't really have access to a plug. There was hair in the bathtubs when we arrived. We also had a hard time figuring out the coffee pot.

  We love coming to the Gulfstream and have done so for over 40 years as a family. Love this beach and the memories here. However...we need the daily housekeeping back for next time. Either bring back the housekeeping or lower the price.

  The view was nice from the top not to mention paid for the same price as the bottom floor rooms. Luckily there was one working elevator cause you'll get a workout on legs going up the stairs. Can't really complain about anything major since other resorts would have the same issues as waiting for washer/dryer usage, loud guests at the pool located in the center of the complex, not enough pillows, etc. Would definitely comeback since its located right near fishing spots and beach access...
