The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

  For more than 40 years my family has enjoyed the most beautiful beach here at The Gulfstream. A lot of changes for the better but one thing I will suggest is glass furniture cold eventually be taken out. Very dangerous for the young ones that visit and us elders as well.   We have been coming to the Gulfstream for years. Never disappointed. We have stayed in different units. This time was 102. The unit seemed updated, decorated nicely. The unit was nice and cool. The swimming pool was super clean and felt very cool. A few things to point out. There were gnats in the kitchen and front bathroom and the safe did not work. Not a deal breaker, easily fixable. The only outlets for appliances were on the far side of the counter on the other side of a cabinet. The coffee maker by cord barely reached it. Minor things. We would definitely stay in 102 again.

  Our family has been vacationing at Gulfstream since I was a young girl. Now that I'm a grandmother of two, we continue to vacation here at least once each summer. Our stay was great as always. With the units being right on the beach, we can come and go at our leisure. The pool was a perfect spot for our grandsons to play after they tired of the waves. The units are well stocked, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the back patio, too. We were able to rent two adjacent units, which made combining together for meals very convenient.

  We love this place! This is our 2nd year to stay here and it’s perfect for our family vacation! It’s right on the beach, which makes it so convenient if you need to go back to the room! The pool is a big hit with the grand kids and just steps from every room! Very spacious rooms, with everything you’ll need for your stay, has an on-site laundry room, plenty of gas grills for all your grilling and very friendly staff!!! We will definitely be back, to make more family memories!!!

  We love Gulfstream however it’s time to replace the gas grills. The burners are corroded and full of grease giving very little flame to cook a burger. The wood railings need to be painted badly. The look from the outside is not very appealing. We have been going there for 30 years!

  Wasn’t told verbally that there was no housekeeping. I didn’t read the small print on line or at the frontdesk. There was a used contact on the pillow in the master bedroom. Barely touched bath towel and fixture fell from the wall. Food was under sofas. Tar and grime was not mopped or cleaned from floors. Shower curtain was halfway attached and rings were broken. I was told that the dirt and broken items must be reported upon arrival which I did not do as I did not want workers in my room. But, I have been going to the Gulfstream for 45 years and still love it.

  Place is clean and great. Only complaint they wouldn’t give us towels at swimming pool area claiming they ran out... for 2 days. And of course no room cleaning sucks
